Why Running Not Help Lose Weight ?

You have to get used to run from a few months ago, but after weighed, the results are still disappointing. What happened?

Exercise does burn calories running a very large, but if weight loss was also down, here are 5 reasons you do not see weight loss as you would expect as quoted by FitSugar on Monday (5/21/2012):

1. Still eat After Running

Burn tons of calories as running causes hunger afterward, but it is important for you to fill in the 'fuel' your body wisely.

If you chose junk food as food for the recovery of not only adds calories, but you will also be hungry again in a few hours.

Although nyemil after running is also important, make sure the snacks that contain protein and carbohydrates are filling but not more than 150 calories.

If you exercise before a meal, enjoy a plate of food portion only and do not overdo it, this is also a way to reward your efforts to lose weight.

If you're still easy to feel hungry after exercise, this means you need to get used to eat a snack before the run.

2. You Do not Run Enough Many

If you are already running and does not show real results, look at your calendar. Run once a week for 45 minutes or two times each week for 20 minutes will not burn enough calories to lose weight.

To lose a few pounds a week, you should reduce 500 calories per day, it has included a combination of diet and exercise.

3. Fewer Calories You Burn

You've just finished running, full of sweat and you believe you have to burn 400 calories. But if you really do it?

A woman weighing 150 pounds can burn 495 calories after running for 45 minutes at 10 minutes per mil. If you do not run as long or as fast as it is, then you are not burning as many calories as you think.

It would be better if you use a heart rate monitor or one less application running on your phone.

4. Same Day Exercise at Different

If you find three great rounds in your neighborhood, you may be running around it for several weeks in order to become a habit.

But the problem if so you will run the same exercise on an ongoing basis and make your muscles will quickly adapt.

Although it is a surefire way to lose weight, it would be better if you combine your running speed interval.

Or try to run in places like up and down the hill, the long run, short run and run on different surfaces to keep your muscles guessing and strengthen itself.

5. Problem Not Just a Scale

Running is one of the best ways to keep your lower body because exercise helps build muscle while losing fat.

Own muscle tissue is denser than fat tissue so it takes up less space. This means that even if your weight is not reduced, the size of the other body will change as your waistline.

The number you see on the scale is not always the best indicator for monitoring the progress of your diet. Although the scale does not budge, you may still be wearing a pencil as you want it.
