sex too often make you impotent

Sex is ideally spontaneous, but sometimes the schedule needs to be adjusted to the cycle of fertility, especially when you're wanting the pregnancy. The important thing is do not be too rigid, because the discipline that can make even belebihan impotent.

Scheduling is often done by having sex couples having children. Sometimes the frequency is reduced, with the best sperm quality expectations may be issued at the time the women were in the most fertile period.

However, scheduling is often caused stress on the part of men, who sometimes felt too restricted distribution of sexual desire. The stress that comes from too disciplined to obey the schedule could lead to permanent impotence proved.

Recent studies in the Journal of Andrology prove that 4 out of 10 men experience impotence or erectile dysfunction because of stress when I had to keep a schedule that is too tight to make love. This figure is quite large, so the doctors are asked to be careful when giving advice to patients.

"Stress that arise from thinking about sex is over-regulated or mandatory nature of sexual behavior can lead to erectile dysfunction in men," the scientists wrote in the journal, as quoted by The Independent on Sunday (5/20/2012).

In this study, the scientists make observations of the 400 men who are following the program scheduling sex in order to have children. Observations made submarine 6 months and all participants had no previous history of impotence.

Observations indicate, the majority of participants had increased levels of cortisol or stress hormones. Previous theories that say that the increase in the hormone cortisol can lead to erectile dysfunction, also proved in this study.
