Why Emerging lump in the breast nipple

Doc, i am a man but I have a lump in the right chest, right nipple. Two years ago still have not seen a lump can be felt and not just sore when pressed a finger. Now the lump is visible and painful when pressed with finger. Please explain from the doctor, the disease is and what should I do? Thank you.

Lump found in breast tumors generally includes, but is divided benign tumors such as cysts and tumors called malignant cancer.
